I Found a ROOM8, What do I do Now?

Congrats! You’ve found a roommate and/or a new apartment to call your own! The last step now is to close your account with ROOM8. We’re of course sad to see you go, but we are so pleased that you chose us for your journey. If you have a minute to get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team, we’d love to learn more about your experience and hear your feedback.

To deactivate your account please follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Profile

  2. Select ‘Settings’ (Gear Icon on the top left)

  3. Select ‘Deactivate Account’ - This alerts our team to deactivate your account within the next business day. And don’t worry, we never hold onto any of your personal information.
